          Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after 18^th amendment, the Sindh Government has already promulgated Sindh Companies Profit (Workers Participation) Act, 2015, therefore, the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed. This fact has been confirmed by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 as well as A.A.G. Petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending applications.
