          Petitioner is present in person. He has submitted a copy of Notification dated 09.09.2016 to show that he has been regularized in B.S-17 and his seniority will be maintained from 26.09.2011. However, he submits that in the year 1998 he was appointed, therefore, his seniority should be reckoned from August, 1998. Since he has been regularized, the purpose of petition has been served. However, for the purpose of seniority, he may move proper representation to the competent authority. Learned A.A.G. has gone through the Notification and he has also confirmed this position. Petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending application.
