          The petitioner has challenged the notification of his transfer dated 13.10.2015. Notice was issued on 21.10.2015 but the matter is fixed for non-prosecution with the reason that no cost is paid for notice. Even otherwise, the transfer is one of the terms and conditions of service and no specific posting or place of posting can be claimed as vested right. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest, therefore, petition is dismissed.
