          When this petition was filed, certain objections were raised by the office for compliance. On 05.11.2015, this matter was fixed for non-prosecution. Though nobody was present for the petitioner but in the interest of justice, one week time was granted for compliance. Since then no compliance has been made and again matter is fixed for non-prosecution. According to own showing, the petitioner was terminated in the year 2008 and now he has approached to this Court for extension/continuation of his contractual service. The petition is also hit by laches, which is dismissed.
