4 & 5.          Learned A.A.G present in court waives notice of the petition. The petitioners are aggrieved by the cancellation letter of their admissions issued on 02.08.2016. The Section Officer (ME), Health Department, Government of Sindh issued a letter to the Director Nursing Sindh, Karachi and Controller, Sindh Nurses Examination Board, Karachi in which it is stated that on receiving complaint from different merits students General Nursing as well as from National Accountability Bureau, the Health Department, Government of Sindh had constituted an Enquiry Committee for ascertaining the facts of the fake admissions in General Nursing course in various Schools of Nursing Sindh for the Session 2015. Alongwith this letter, a list of 300 students is attached, who are allegedly admitted out of merits or on the basis of fake/bogus documents. Earlier this court decided C.P. No.D-4433 of 2016 and ten more petitions after hearing the parties including Government Official and learned A.A.G. and petitions were disposed of vide order dated 27.10.2016. Learned A.A.G proposed that this petition is on same footing, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of on the terms in which earlier petitions have been disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also agreed to this proposal. The petition is disposed of in terms of paragraph No.6 of the order passed in C.P. No.D-4433 of 2016 and ten other petitions. Copy of this order may be transmitted to the learned A.A.G for onwards communication and compliance.
