Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J. – The petitioners have approached this court for directions against the respondents to give posting to the petitioners and release their salaries. In paragraph No.4 of the petition, it is further stated that the petitioners are employees of the Local Government Department, who were not posted from any other cadre or department but on 03.07.2013, respondent No.3 issued office order through which numbers of employees were relieved in pursuance of the order of hon’ble Supreme Court. Copy of the order is available at page 13 of the court file, which shows that pursuant to the orders of the Apex Court, absorption/appointment by transfer in Sindh Council Unified Grade Service (SCUG) were withdrawn and persons mentioned in the list were directed to relinquish the charge and report to their parent department immediately. Since the action was taken in pursuance of the judgment of the hon’ble Supreme Court, therefore, this court has no jurisdiction to entertain any such petition. The petition is dismissed alongwith pending applications. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 03.07.2013, they may approach to the Apex Court and file appropriate proceedings.
