The petitioner had approached this Court for regularization of his service as security guard but during pendency of this petition he tendered resignation and vide letter dated 18.10.2016 his resignation has been accepted. Petitioner is present in person and he confirms to have tendered his resignation and seeks disposal of this petition. Counsel for the respondent No.3 undertakes that full and final dues of the petitioner will be paid within a week. Copies of the resignation and acceptance are taken on record. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
