Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: The case of the petitioners is that they are performing their duties in the Evacuee Trust Property Board. They have approached this court for directions against the Respondents to pay arrears of their salaries and refrain from causing any harassment and victimization to the petitioners. They have also mentioned the details of unpaid salary from 02^nd January, 2010 to 30^th September, 2010 when they were on daily wages. However, at present they are performing their duties as regular employees. There is an application moved by Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 (CMA No.17425/2015) and their Learned counsel pointed out that similar controversy was raised in the Lahore High Court in Writ Petition No.5392 of 2014 which was disposed of vide order dated 17.02.2015. In the said writ petition a consensus was reached between the parties to constitute a committee to hear the grievance of the petitioners/employees of Evacuee Trust Property Board. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 requests that this petition may also be disposed of in the same terms. Malik Naeem Iqbal, learned counsel for the petitioners has gone through the order and he has no objection to this proposal.

2. By consent, this petition is disposed of along with pending applications in terms of para-3 of the order passed by the learned Lahore High Court, Lahore in Writ Petition No.5392 of 2014 dated 17.02.2015.
