MUHAMMAD ALI MAZHAR, J:-       Comments have been filed by the respondent No.3 in which it is mentioned that some criminal cases are pending against the petitioners but learned AAG and Mr. Nameed Ahmed Shaikh A.I.G. (Establishment) clearly state that pending criminal cases will not create any impediment against the promotion of petitioners by the DPC, which is going to be convened on 8^th November, 2016 and that the petitioners will be considered for promotion in the next DPC on merits.   

          Since a clear statement has been given that name of the petitioners will be considered in the next DPC, learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and seeks disposal of this petition. The instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
