          None present for the petitioner. The petitioner has prayed that the circular dated 09.09.2010 issued by Habib Bank Limited (“HBL”) is without lawful authority. He has further challenged that Rule 18(c) of Section III, HBL Staff Service Rules may be declared as without lawful authority. With regard to the maintainability of this petition, we would like to observe here that HBL is private bank and they have no statutory rules of service and being private entity they are not amenable to the writ jurisdiction in which their internally made service rules have been challenged. Since this petition is not maintainable the same is dismissed.
