The petitioner has challenged the transfer order issued by respondents/S.I.T.E. Admittedly, the relationship of the petitioner and S.I.T.E. is of master and servant and S.I.T.E. has no statutory rules of service, therefore, this petition is not maintainable. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel submits that he will avail appropriate remedy available in accordance with law. In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
