Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J.     The Petitioner has approached this court for directions against the respondent No.2 to issue the final seniority list of AssistantEntomologist.

2.       To a question raised by this Court whether any application was filed to the concerned department for the copy of final seniority list, learned counsel pointed out page-29, which is a letter written by the petitioner to the Deputy Director (Admin) Department of Plant Protection, Malir Halt, Karachi, with the request to issue final seniority list. Learned Standing Counsel waives notice of this petition and he is of the view that for final seniority list, the right approach is to move application to the department rather than filing this petition. However, he submits that if final seniority list is prepared then some directions may be issued to the respondent No.2 to issue the copy of final seniority list to the petitioner.

3.       In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the directions to the respondent No.2 to issue a copy of final seniority list to the petitioner, if the same has been prepared and finalized. The copy of this order may be transmitted to the learned standing counsel and respondents No.2 and 3 for compliance.
