Learned counsel for the applicants very frankly states that he is not ready to proceed with the above matters. On the last date of hearing i.e. 12.08.2016 none was present form the applicant side. The record shows that on 27.01.2014, 10.03.2014, 27.03.2014, 12.03.2015, 25.05.2015 and 01.12.2015 the counsel for the applicant remained absent. Today, learned counsel says he is not prepared.Even he doesn’t have the case file with him. All the above three R.As. dismissed for non-prosecution.
