Learned counsel for the applicant has no merit for the grant of bail application, since the accused was found guilty of carrying a quantity of 150 k.g. of Charas, however, as ordered earlier, if he is ready to bear expenses to his treatment in any Government Hospital, Jail Authorities are directed to shift the applicant at his request for the purpose of medical treatment.  After medical treatment, the applicant should be returned to the jail pendency the trial.

With the above observation, instant bail application is disposed of alongwith pending application.
