This matter was fixed on 08.08.2014 but since the petitioner was called absent, matter was adjourned. Thereafter it was fixed on 26.01.2015 before learned Scrutiny Bench when again the petitioner was called absent, however, Scrutiny Bench passed the order that this matter may be placed before Service Bench of this court. Again on 15.08.2016 this matter was fixed in the court but the petitioner was called absent. Therefore, we passed the order to serve notice on the petition through concerned SHO. Today SHO of PS Jamshed Quarters has submitted report through Zafar Hayat, S.I/Additional SHO that the petitioner is not residing at the address mentioned in the title of petition. Statements of two witnesses are also attached with report. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in this case as despite making efforts for service on him through concerned SHO, he could not be served due to mentioning of wrong address in his memo of petition. Petition alongwith pending application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
