Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the petitioner has been allowed joining by learned Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial) Karachi, in the terms of the order passed in C.P.No.D-4929/13 on 12.11.2015. Learned counsel submits that directions may be issued for payment of salary of the petitioner. Since the petitioner has been allowed joining as stated at Bar by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, learned Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Karachi shall ensure payment of petitioner’s salary.

So far as arrears of salary is concerned, the petitioner may move proper application to learned Presiding Officer, Anti-Corruption (Provincial) Karachi for onward submission to SGA&CD for payment of his unpaid salary so that payment may be made. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be transmitted to learned AAG for further proceedings.
