2to4. Learned counsel argued that KPT is not a trans-provincial establishment, therefore, NIRC has no jurisdiction to try the cases of KPT employees. Learned counsel for the petitioner attached few orders of NIRC passed in the cases filed by some individual employees but they are not party to this petition. When we asked as to how many orders have been passed by NIRC, learned counsel submits that there are various orders but the applicants before NIRC who are employees of KPT are not party to present petition as respondent, therefore, he requests that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with the permission to file afresh so that all relevant and necessary facts may be incorporated in the fresh petition. Order accordingly.
