Though various reliefs have been claimed by the petitioners but today their counsel submits that elections have already been conducted in the respondent No.6’s establishment and at present, union has no grievance against the respondent No.6 or the order passed by the respondent No.2 and 3, to the extent of present controversy. The counsel for the respondent No.4 and 5 and 6, have confirmed this statement.

This petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending application.
