3. The petitioner has approached to this court for seeking directions against learned respondent No.1 to decide cases of the petitioner as well as other workers expeditiously. It is further stated that despite interim order passed by leaned Single Bench of NIRC, Karachi, their services have been terminated by the respondent No.2 and contempt application is pending. It is further stated that this petition has been filed as there is no progress in their matter, therefore, he requests that some directions may be issued to learned respondent No.1 to decide their cases expeditiously. Apparently there is no order to challenge before this court passed by learned respondent No.1 but simply the petition has been moved for seeking directions. Sh.Liaquat Hussain, learned Standing Counsel, waives notice of this petition and he proposes that some directions may be issued to alleviate the suffering of the petitioner and other workers so that their cases may be decided as soon as possible.

In view of above position, petition is disposed of with the directions to learned respondent No.1 to decide case of the petitioner preferably within a period of 03 months as according to the petitioner, he is facing serious hardship due to long pendency of their cases. Copy of this order be transmitted to

learned respondent No.1 for further proceeding. The list of bunch of cases is attached as annexure P/1 to the present petition which are pending in the N.I.R.C., Karachi Bench.
