2to4. The petitioner has approached this court for seeking directions against the respondent No.2 to hold some inquiry in the matter as the petitioner claims that she was forced to resign from HBL. According to her, Faiq Sadiq has some personal grudge against the petitioner and whenever the petitioner applied for job in different institutions, he has given a negative feedback against the petitioner. We have gone through the letter written to Governor, State Bank of Pakistan by the petitioner in which basically she has raised some personal grievances in relation to her alleged forced resignation. Since HBL is not amenable to writ jurisdiction, therefore, after arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions wants to file civil suit for all appropriate reliefs. In view of his statement, this petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications.
