Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: The petitioner is the mother of Constable Shaikh Bilal Zafar Farooqui, who has been dismissed from police service on 28.10.2015 after Inquiry in which he was found to be involved in 04 criminal cases. Instead of approaching to the Service Tribunal after complying with requisite formalities, mother of the petitioner has filed this petition in this court who has otherwise no locus standie as civil servant in this case is not the petitioner but her son who is allegedly confined in Central Prison.

Keeping in view the bar contained under Article 212 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, this petition is not maintainable which is dismissed. However, dismissed employee Shaikh Bilal Zafar Farooqui may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
