          This petition is pending since 2015. On 10.02.2015 the mater was placed before the learned Scrutiny Bench constituted in pursuance of the Supreme Court Judgment but on that date also petitioner’s counsel was called absent, however, the Bench directed to place this case before the Service Bench. In fact the petitioner has prayed that the then I.G.P. Iqbal Mehmood may not be removed and the Respondents be restrained to appoint Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari as I.G.P. Sindh. Learned A.A.G. submits that at present neither Iqbal Mehmood is I.G.P. nor Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari and apparently the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and this petition has become infructuous. Since no body is present for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
