The petitioner has challenged the order dated 4.3.2016 issued by the Senior Director HRM, KMC whereby his look after charge to the post of Medical Superintendent Eye Hospital, KMC was treated as cancelled/withdrawn. Today learned counsel for the KMC has produced another office order dated 01^st August, 2016 which shows that the present petitioner has been given a charge of Medical Superintendent, Cardiac Emergency Centre Shah Faisal, KMC with immediate effect as stop gap arrangement till further orders. The petitioner is satisfied and joined his new position. Since the controversy is no more exists, therefore, the petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending application.
