Mr. Mukhtar Simon, Assistant Chief Human Resources Development, Ministry of Overseas Pakistan, Islamabad has submitted statement in which it is clearly mentioned that respondents No.4 to 8 and some other officers/officials have been repatriated to their parent department and both the petitioners have already been promoted to the post of Assistant Director         (BS-17) w.e.f. 29^th June, 2016, copy of such statement has been provided to the petitioners’ counsel. The petitioner No.1 and petitioners’ counsel both have also confirmed the present status as mentioned in the statement. The petition is disposed of accordingly with pending applications.
