The petitioner has challenged the Notification dated 04^th January, 2016 through this petition whereby the services of the petitioner with some other person were repatriated to their parent department i.e Ministry of Social Welfare and Special Education Department, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. However, learned counsel has produced a copy of Notification dated 10^th August, 2016 which was issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Sindh in which it is clearly stated that in supersession of the department’s notification dated 04.01.2016, the services of the petitioner are placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department with immediate effect. After this notification, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions does not want to proceed further. The petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending applications.
