The petitioner through this petition has prayed for the direction against the respondents not to transfer the petitioner from the post of Secretary, Union Council-II, Jamshed Town, Karachi from his duty. The transfer is one of the terms and conditions of his service and the petitioner cannot claim unlimited period of posting at any particular place. Even otherwise, neither the petitioner is present nor his counsel. Matter is pending since September, 2014 without any progress. This petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
