This matter was placed before the learned Scrutiny Bench on 29.01.2015 in pursuance of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Review Petition No.193/2013. Though the petitioner and his counsel were called absent before the Scrutiny Committee, but the learned Scrutiny Bench observed that this matter may not be transferred to the Services Tribunal and be placed before the service bench. The petitioner through this petition has challenged the letter dated 19.05.2014 issued by Sindh Public Service Commission. He has also prayed for directions against Sindh Public Service Commission for conducting his interview. We have called the matter twice, but nobody appeared for the petitioner which shows that he has lost interest in this case. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
