          During pendency of this petition, Full Bench of this court has already upheld the validity of I.R.A 2012 which is applicable for all Transprovincial Establishments. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that after decision of Full Bench, this petition may be transmitted to the N.I.R.C. for decision on the fate of the petitioner’s dismissal while learned counsel for the K-Electric clearly stated that after passing dismissal order, the petitioner has already filed petition before the N.I.R.C. to challenge his dismissal letter, therefore, there is no need to transfer this pending petition to N.I.R.C. Though Malik Naeem Iqbal advocate is personally not aware whether the petitioner has filed any petition in the N.I.R.C. but on the statement of the learned counsel for the K-Electric given at bar, he has no objection if this petition is disposed of.

          Since the petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of N.I.R.C. which is more appropriate remedy to challenge the dismissal order, therefore, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
