The applicant has applied bail in Crime No.220/2015 lodged under Section 147, 148, 149, 337-A, 324, 302, PPC at P.S. Saudabad, Karachi. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the applicant clearly stated that he will not press this bail application if some directions are issued to the trial court to examine at least the complainant and two eye witnesses,  Nafees and Faisal and after cross-examination right may be given to the applicant to apply afresh for bail or the entire case may be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the complainant and learned APG both agreed to this proposal. This bail application is disposed of with the direction to the learned trail court to record the statement of complainant and two eye witnesses, Nafees and Faisal, thereafter if any fresh ground is found available to the applicant he may file fresh bail application. The bail application is disposed of.
