3.      The applicant has applied for protective bail in crime No.GO-28/2016, lodged under Sections 409,420,468,471,34 PPC r/w Section 5(2) of Anti-Corruption Act, 1947 at P.S ACE, Thatta.

          Learned counsel submits that though the name of the applicant is not directly mentioned in the FIR but he has been arrayed in the FIR as Government contractor who did not prepare the false MBs bills and allegations against him are false. Learned counsel submits that applicant has been granted protective bail in FIR No. GO-12 of 2016 also. It is further contended that the applicant was the contractor for the scheme of Rural Water Supply TMA at Muhammad Ali Shoro, Taluka Thatta, therefore, he apprehends his arrest.

          Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for twelve (12) days to surrender himself before the trial court subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Nazir of this court. This order will remain in force for twelve (12) days from today or to the date on which the applicant will surrender himself before the trial court, whichever is earlier.

          The bail application is disposed of.
