Petitioners are present with their Counsel Mr. Muhammad R. Sachal Awan.

Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, A.A.G alongwith Muhammad Shaban Memon, District Accounts Officer, Jamshoro and Manghraj Mal, Research Officer, Finance Department, Karachi.

Learned A.A.G has pointed out letter dated 07.06.2016  issued by the District Education Officer Ghulam Sarwar Mallah to his office in which he has clearly stated that the Education Department has no objection to release the salaries of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since November 2015 the salaries of the petitioners have been blocked/stopped. Muhammad Shaban Memon, District Accounts Officer, Jamshoro submits that they will start the process for payment of the salaries and the salaries for the month of June 2016 will be paid to all the petitioners on or before 2^nd July 2016. So far as the arrears are concerned, the same will be worked out and paid in the month of July, 2016. He undertakes that current salaries of the petitioners will also be paid regularly in future. Counsel for the petitioners is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly. Muhammad Shaban Memon, District Accounts Officer, Jamshoro, and Manghraj Mal, Research Officer, Finance Department, Karachi will ensure that the salaries for the month of June, 2016 will be paid to all the petitioners on or before 02.07.2016 without any fail. In case of violation they will expose themselves to the contempt proceedings and serious action will be taken against them.
