3.       Both the applicants have applied for protective bail in Crime No.02/2016 lodged at Police Station Chalgri under sections 364, 365(b), 395, 147, 148, 149 PPC r/w Section 6/7 of Anti-Terrorism Act, 337H(ii), 337-A(i) Qisas and Diyat Ordinance. Learned counsel argued that both the applicants want to surrender before the trial Court for applying bail but they apprehend their arrest.

          Without touching the merits of the case, applicants are granted protective bail for a period of 10 days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

          This protective bail order will remain in force for 10 days from today and will cease to exist after expiry of 10 days or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

          The Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of.
