3.                The applicant has applied for protective bail in Crime No.154/2016 lodged at Police Station Badin on 22.06.2016 under Sections 324, 506(2) & 6/7 ATA. The learned Counsel submits that the applicant tried to appear before the trial Court for applying bail in the aforesaid crime but he apprehends his arrest, therefore, he has approached this Court for protective bail.

                   Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for 10(ten) days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This protective bail order will remain in force for ten days from today and will cease to exist after expiry of ten days or the date when the applicant will surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

                   The bail application is disposed of.
