The learned Counsel submits that after filing this constitutional petition, it was disclosed that alleged detenue was arrested in Crime         No. 77/2016 under Section 9(b) of CNS Act, 1997 at Police Station Hala. For all intents and purposes the case of illegal detention is over. However, he submits that some direction may be issued to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members. He further requests for some direction to the official respondents to provide protection. The State Counsel has filed statement of Inspector Ghulam Abbas Chandio incharge C.I.A Team Matiari in which also the factum of lodging aforesaid FIR is mentioned, however, he stated that if the petitioiner wants some protection, she may approach to the respondent No.2 and file an appropriate application so that protection may be provided to her. Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. Petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents No.3 to 6 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and will strictly act in accordance with law. The petitioner if approaches the respondent No.2 with her application for protection, the respondent No.2 shall look into and strictly act in accordance with the law.
