                   Mr. Fayyaz Ahmed Leghari, the learned Counsel for the HESCO clearly states that if the petitioner will comply with all the necessary formalities the new meter will be installed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the demand notice has already been paid and the petitioner is ready to pay the bills regularly as well as arrears if any. Since the parties are not at issue, this petition by consent is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to comply with the requisite formalities and approach to the concerned HESCO office immediately and after completing all the requisite formalities, the concerned department of HESCO will install the meter at the petitioner’s premises within 03 days.

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
