The petitioner’s Mst. Rabia Bibi was performing the duties as lady Sanitary Worker Union Council 14 who was permanent employee of Hyderabad Municipal Committee, Director Health Services and expired on 07.12.2015. The death certificate is also attached as annexure “B”. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite making various approaches the amount of financial assistance, gratuity, group insurance and other benefits have not been paid.

Today, Mr. Imran Qureshi, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama and in view of our last order, the respondent No.2 Dr. Imtiaz Ali, Muhammad Usman Accounts Officer TMA Latifabad and respondent No.5 Barkatullah are present. They clearly stated that the petitioner has to provide the copy of CNIC of one legal heir Mst. Shumaila and as and when the copy of CNIC is supplied to them, they will process the case of their deceased employee Mst. Rabia Bibi for payment of her full and final settlement dues including pensionary benefits in accordance with the law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mst. Shumaila was minor however, she has applied for the Computerized National Identity Card and it is expected that her card shall be issued within fifteen days and immediately as soon as she receives her original Computerized National Identity Card, copy will be supplied to the respondents for further process.

In view of the above this petition is disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to supply the copy of Computerized National Identity Card to the respondents present in court and after receiving the copy of Computerized National Identity Card within two month the dues will be paid to the legal heirs of the petitioner in accordance with the law.
