Both the petitioners stated that they have contracted marriage on 06.06.2016. Copies of Nikahnama and Affidavit of freewill are attached with the petition. It is further stated that after the divorce of the petitioner No.1, being sui juris she has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 on which the respondents No.6 to 8 are annoyed. The police officials in their comments stated that one Ghulam Haider Ujjan filed application under Section 22-A & B Cr.P.C in the court of Sessions Judge Naushehro Feroz in which he alleged that Rasool Bux (petitioner No.2) has abducted his wife Mst. Fozia (Petitioner No.1), while the petitioner No.1 clearly stated that she has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 on her freewill and she took the divorce from Ghulam Haider Ujjan three years back and now she has no relationship with him.
In view of above, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the all respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioners. So far as Ghulam Haider Ujjan, the earlier husband of petitioner No1, is concerned, he may strictly act in accordance with law and shall not cause any harassment to the petitioners.
