Mr. Ayaz Ali Rajpar, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama for respondent No.5. Learned A.A.G has also filed the statements of respondents No.2 and 3, which are also taken on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner argued that in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 150/2016 filed before the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad by the respondent No.5, the petitioner appeared and her statement has been recorded in which she has clearly stated that she is wife of Imdad, the respondent No.5,  and wants to join him. On 18.06.2016 the criminal miscellaneous application was disposed of by the District and Sessions Judge Hyderabad and the petitioner was sent to Darul Aman Hyderabad with the directions to be produced before this Court today. The respondent No.5 also stated that the petitioner is his wife and both want to live together happily. Since the petitioner is sui juris, therefore, she can decide her own affairs. She may join her husband according to her own will and wishes. The petition is disposed of. The incharge Darul Aman Hyderabad is directed to release the petitioner after complying with all requisite formalities. The respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to ensure that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner and her husband, respondent No.5, and the respondents No.4, 6 to 8 will also act strictly in accordance with law.
