2&3.               The applicants have applied protective bail in Crime No.50/2016 lodged at Police Station Daulatpur under Sections 504, 149, 148, 147, 353,
324-Q, 337 L(ii), H2, 220, 506/2 PPC.

The learned Counsel submits that the applicants No.3 & 5 are not present, therefore, he does not press this bail application for them.
He further argued that today for the quashment of the same crime the applicants have filed petition bearing C.P.D No.1585/2016 in which the notices have been issued to the other side however in order to save them from the arrest they want to appear before the trial Court for obtaining pre-arrest bail but they apprehend their arrest. Learned Counsel further argued that the FIR is based on malafide intention with false allegations against the present applicants; that the applicants alongwith some other persons came out from the village with the lathis and axes to obstruct the Police from performing their duties.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants No.1, 2 & 4 are granted protective bail for 07(seven) days subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.
