            Petitioner No.1 has contracted marriage on 17.5.2016 with petitioner No.2. Respondent No.5 who is father of petitioner No.1 has lodged FIR No. 38 of 2016 at police station Daulatpur District Shaheed Benazirabad under Section 365-B and 382 PPC.

            Both the petitioners are present and petitioner No.1 clearly stated that she has contracted marriage by her own free will without any duress or coercion with petitioner No.2 and the FIR has been falsely lodged by her father. The allegations mentioned in the FIR are false.

            On our direction the I.O has recorded the statement of petitioner No.1 and has submitted copy of the same before this court. The I.O further undertakes to file the said report before the concerned Magistrate for passing appropriate orders. Let him file the report and the concerned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till such the petition is disposed of and the petitioner No.2 shall not be arrested.
