            Petitioner is present with his counsel Mr. Nouman Sahito who has filed vakalatnama today alongwith an application for withdrawal of this petition, which are taken on record. The petitioner was granted interim    pre-arrest bail vide order dated 21.04.2016. Learned Counsel in his application stated that the statement of the petitioner has been recorded by the NAB and he has no apprehension of his arrest in the inquiry in question. Learned Special Prosecutor NAB has no objection if the petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of alongwith listed application. Let the surety documents be returned back to the surety on proper verification and identification alongwith passport if any deposited before this Court.
