2.         The petitioner’s counsel submits that the petitioner applied for interim    pre-arrest bail in inquiry No.221147-K but now the NAB has already filed reference No.20/2016 in which the petitioner has not been implicated. Learned Special Prosecutor NAB confirms this position. Since the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending applications. The surety if any may be returned back on proper verification and identification.
