            In compliance of the last order, S.H.O. of P.S. Soofi Fakir is present and submits that he has produced all the detenues before the District & Sessions Judge Umerkot, where after they have been released. The S.H.O. has also submitted report which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the above, the purpose of filing this petition has been served and requests that the matter may be disposed of. Order accordingly.
