3.         It is inter alia contended that father of the applicant was murdered for which separate FIR No. 58/2016 has been lodged at P.S Kazi Ahmed. In retaliation the rival party has lodged crime No.22/2016 at P.S Punhal Khan Chandio District Shaheed Benazirabad to pressurize the applicant. It is further stated that applicant is willing to appear before the trial court and apply for bail but he has apprehension of his arrest, therefore, he has approached this Court for protective bail.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for ten days subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This protective bail order will remain in force for ten days from today and will cease to exist after expiry of ten days or the date when the applicant will surrender before the trial court, whichever is earlier.   

The bail application is disposed of.
