                   In compliance of the order dated 13.06.2016, the respondents No.5 to 7 are present and they have produced Mst. Shahneela in Court. Mst. Noor Bibi mother of Mst. Shahneela and two brothers Pervez Ali Shah and Muhammad Hassan Shah are also present. The alleged detenue clearly stated before this Court that her marriage was solemnized with Abdul Aleem without any duress or coercion. At present she wants to go with her mother and two real brothers. The ex-husband of Mst. Shahneela said to have been expired in road accident and out of his wedlock five children were born. The Court directed the SHO P.S Daro District Thatta to record the statement of the alleged detenue. He has produced the statement on record in which she has reiterated that being sui juris she wants to go with her mother and real brothers. Statement is taken on record. The application is disposed of on the basis of her statement that she is not in any unlawful or illegal confinement. So far as, Abdul Aleem is concerned, he may approach to the Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

                   Application stands disposed of.
