The father of the petitioner was employed in Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad as C.T Scan technician who expired on 12.10.2011. After the death of his father the petitioner applied for the appointment against suitable post on deceased son quota according to his qualification. The petitioner approached the respondents from time to time but no positive response was received to him.

          The comments of respondents No.1 and 2 are already on record and today again the learned A.A.G has submitted the brief report of respondent No.2 in which it is stated that after complying with all requisite formalities the summary has been moved to the Worthy Chief Minister for the appointment of the petitioner and orders are awaited on summary.

Since the favourable steps have already been taken in favour of the petitioner; therefore, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to expedite the summary and pass necessary orders within two months.
