                        The petitioner has approached to this Court for seeking declaration that official respondent of HESCO be directed not to claim the arrear on account of excessive billing. Further declaration has been sought to correct the official record according to the consumption. Counsel for the HESCO submits that appropriate remedy is available to petitioner in which he may approach the Electric Inspector U/s 26 of Electricity Act 1910. After arguing at some length learned counsel for petitioner agrees to approach the Electric Inspector but she requests that some time may be fixed in which application/complaint of the petitioner may be decided by the Electric Inspector.

                        Let proper application/complaint be filed by the petitioner to Electric Inspector incorporating his grievances and if any such application and or complaint is filed to Electric Inspector in accordance with law, the same shall be decided within three months.

                        Petition is disposed of accordingly.
