            During inquiry a Call up Notice was issued to the petitioner and he appeared before the NAB authorities. Due to apprehension of his arrest he approached this court and he was granted interim pre-arrest bail.

            Today an urgent application has been moved to pass orders on the statement in which it is stated that the NAB authorities have already filed a Reference No. 04 of 2016 in which the petitioner has not been implicated, therefore he wants to withdraw this petition. Copy of the statement was supplied to learned Special Prosecutor NAB and at his request the matter was kept aside. In the second call learned Special Prosecutor NAB concedes to that the petitioner is not involved in the above reference and he has no objection if this petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Order accordingly. The surety is discharged and the office may release the surety documents to the surety on proper verification and identification.
