4.         Applicant has approached this Court for protective bail in Crime No.11 of 2012 lodged at Police Station Makli District Thatta under Sections 324, 353, 147, 148, 149 PPC r/w Section 6/7 ATA. Learned Counsel submits that the name of applicant is not mentioned in the FIR but he has been nominated in the challan. Learned counsel submits that the applicant is willing to appear before trial Court but since the NBWs have been issued therefore, he apprehends his arrest.

            Without touching merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of 07 days from today subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 07 days or appearance of the applicant before the trial Court, whichever is earlier. The operation of the NBWs is also suspended during the protective bail period.
