            Mr. Abdul Hameed Bajwa, Advocate, files vakalatnama for respondents No.6 to 11, which is taken on record.

            On last date the issue of alleged detainee Mst. Shazia was resolved and the SHO P.S Gharibabad was directed to ensure presence of Sikander Khaskheli from whose house Mst. Nazia was recovered by the police. Today, Mst. Nazia stated that she was not abducted by Sikander Khaskheli but she was abducted by respondents No.6 to 11 and they retained her in the house of Sikander Khaskheli. Khalid Hussain, respondent No.7, is husband of Mst. Shazia who is also present in Court and she clearly stated that she is happy with her husband while her real sister Mst. Nazia is leveling allegations against respondents No.6 to 11 for her abduction. Since Mst. Nazia is already recovered and she is living with her mother Mst. Sabi, the applicant, therefore, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the SSP district Mirpurkhas to depute a responsible officer to conduct an inquiry in this case and record statements of Mst. Nazia and her mother and the persons against whom the allegations have been leveled. He would also record statement of Mst. Shazia. In case any cognizable offence seems to have been committed, necessary action shall be taken by the SSP and concerned SHO in accordance with the law. In the meanwhile, respondents No.6 to 11 are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and Mst. Nazia and they will strictly act in accordance with law. Copy of this order may be transmitted to the SSP Mirpurkhas for compliance.
